Return & Refund Policy

At Evermore Grove, each piece is created with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because of the nature of handcrafted and engraved work, we ask that you review the policy below before placing your order.


Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes items personalized with names, dates, phrases, or any custom design adjustments.

If you have questions before ordering, please reach out — we’re always happy to help ensure your piece feels right before it’s made.


Ready-to-Ship Items

We accept returns on non-custom, ready-to-ship items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To request a return, please contact us at hello@evermoregrove.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a return, you may return it following the process above and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
