Processing & Creation Time

Once your order is placed, we begin the design, engraving, finishing, and packaging process.

  • Processing time:
    Please allow 3–5 business days for creation before your order ships.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted individually and may require the full processing window.


Shipping Time

After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 1–4 business days, depending on your location and carrier

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along its way.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Evermore Grove is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first.
