Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Evermore Grove reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations or changes may not be possible once an order is accepted.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Evermore Grove is powered by Shopify. All purchases made through this store are made directly with Evermore Grove, not Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Evermore Grove. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your purchases.
